The target is to use such technology in the back polishing procedure during PERC cell production.

1. Realize better polishing effect and thereby improve conversion efficiency of cell.

2. Significantly reduce the consumption of HNO3 and HF and decrease harmful effect to the environment.

3. Achieve full compatibility on etching procedure between common cell and PERC cell.
