The purpose of Chain annealing technology is applied to the polishing process on the rear side of SE-PERC cell production.

1. The oxide layer protects the surface well while alkaline polishing on the rear side after laser SE doping.

2. Improve the convenience as well as reduce the cost compared with tubular thermal oxidation process.
