Now he is holding the post of R & D project manager in the Company. After obtaining his mater degree in Zhejiang University, he worked for Jiangsu Nanowell Advanced Materials Co., Ltd. and was appointed as general manager from November 2008 to April 2010. After that, he worked for Zhejiang Kechuang Advanced Materials Co., Ltd. and was appointed as deputy general manager from May 2010 to January 2016.

       He joined the Company in February 2016 and was appointed as R & D project manager till now.
