Application Scope：It is suitable for diamond sawn monocrystalline silicon wafer texturing process.
Product Characteristics：Colorless transparent liquid. It has no significant influence on human health under normal use.
Usage：Added into acidic texturing solution as additive.
Texturing Effect：Surface of textured silicon is uniform and clean, and pyramid size of textured silicon surface is 1~3μm.
Storage Condition：It shall be sealed and stored in a shady and cool warehouse.
Emergency Treatment Measures：

[Eyes Contact]: Rinse the eyes with clean water for 3-5 minutes in case of eyes contact.
[Skin Contact]; Rinse the skin with clean water for 3-5 minutes in case of skin contact.
