Now he is holding the post of deputy general manager in the Company. He worked for Jiangsu Zhengchang Group within 10 years after graduating from Tongji University in 1987. From January 2008 to October 2011, he was appointed as general manager of Liyang Jiasheng Machinery Co., Ltd.

He joined the Company and was appointed as production and R & D assistant in November 2011 and sales director in March 2012. Now he is holding the post of deputy general manager of the Company.
